* Burner with fuel, mono-bloc casting guiding type with horizontal flame, lighting and safety of electronic ignition, permanent ventilation, electromagnetic sluice gate of regulation and isolating valve. 
* A secondary injection of air to ensure perfect oxygen content. 
A control box ensuring the complete cycle of combustion. 

Fan: 
* Electro-ventilator distributing the secondary air, the regulation of the air flow being carried out by valves and following the control of the automatic cycle. 
Controls and regulations:

* A switch circuit breaker for each engine (ventilators and burners). 
* A timer with adjustable temporization for the regulation of each burner.

The supplier must give batches of spare parts of first urgency and consumable of the incinerator.
The installed incinerator must bear a one year guarantee.
The supplier shall perform an onsite installation of the incinerator.
The technical training of operators will have to be provided and given by a technician from  
the factory; it will consist of curative and preventive maintenance, and the use of machine, etc 
Fence Wire for Incinerator House (Chain Link) should be NOT less than 2.5Meters height.

Water treatment system
Water softener or R/O system shall be delivered with a capacity adapted to the need of the above steam 

treatment system. The bidder shall indicate the capacity of the unit offered. To ensure good steam quality, 
the contaminants in the feed water supplied to a steam generator in which no additional water treatment 
is incorporated should not exceed the following parameters. If these parameters cannot be complied with, 
an additional feed water treatment system shall be supplied (Water softener or R/O System) 
“The water treatment plant to be supplied shall be able to supply the steam generator of the treatment 
plant with a sufficient quantity of water with the following quality:

Compressed air generator
A compressed air generator has to be supplied for the pneumatic system of the treatment plant 
and for maintenance purposes. 
The compressed air supplied should have a pressure of 500 kPa to 700 kPa (5 bar to 7 bar), shall be 
free of liquid water, shall be filtered to 25 μm and shall be free from oil droplets greater than 2 μm.
Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) 
UPS system will be provided to brige over times of power cut for the PLC of the treatment plant. 
The UPS shall automatically maintain AC power within specified tolerances to the critical load, 
without interruption, during failure or deterioration of the normal power source. The manufacturer 
shall design and furnish all materials and equipment to be fully compatible with electrical, environmental,
 and space conditions at the site. It shall include all equipment to properly interface the AC power source 
to the intended load and be designed for unattended operation. AC Output and Input shall be designed 
to support the PLC and all electrical systems of the treatment plant and the steam generator 
(without heating elements) for at least 10 minutes.
The UPS and all associated equipment shall be manufactured in accordance with the following
 applicable standards: CSA 22.2, No. 107.1, IEEE 587, Category B (ANSI C62.41), National Electrical 
Code (NFPA 70), NEMA PE-1, UL Standard 1778.
The Quality System for the engineering and manufacturing facility shall be certified to conform to 
Quality System Standard ISO 9001 for the design and manufacture of power protection systems 
for computers and other sensitive electronics.
“The UPS shall operate as an on-line reverse transfer system in the following modes:
A. Normal: The critical AC load is continuously powered by the UPS inverter. The rectifier/ charger 
derives power from the utility AC source and supplies DC power to the inverter, while simultaneously float charging the battery.
B. Emergency: Upon failure of utility AC power, the critical AC load is powered by the inverter which, 
without any switching, obtains its power from the battery plant. There shall be no interruption in 
power to the critical load upon failure or restoration of the utility AC source.
C. Recharge: Upon restoration of the utility AC source, the rectifier/charger powers the inverter 
and simultaneously recharges the battery. This shall be an automatic function and shall cause no interruption to the critical AC load.
D. Bypass: If the UPS must be taken out of service for maintenance or repair, the static transfer 
switch shall transfer the load to the bypass source. The transfer process shall cause no interruption in power to the critical AC load.
E. Off-Battery: If the battery only is taken out of service for maintenance, it is disconnected from the rectifier/charger 
and inverter by means of (an) external disconnect breaker(s). The UPS shall continue to function and meet all 
of the specified steady-state performance criteria, except for the power outage back-up time capability.

The maximum working voltage, current, and di/dt of all solid-state power components and electronic devices 
shall not exceed 75% of the ratings established by their
 manufacturer. The operating temperature of solid-state component sub-assemblies shall not be greater
 than 75% of their ratings. Electrolytic capacitors shall be computer grade
 and be operated at no more than 95% of their voltage rating at the maximum rectifier charging voltage. 
The AC output neutral shall be electrically isolated from the UPS chassis. The UPS chassis shall have an 
equipment ground terminal. AC Output and Input shall be designed to support the PLC of the treatment plant for at least 5 minutes.
Wear and spare part package
A wear and spare part package for typical to be replaced parts for 2500 operation hours shall be supplied. 
The wear and spare part package shall be for the treatment system as well as all other equipment. It shall 
include but not limited to: lid seals, sets of all filters needed (including the necessary amount of validated 
exhaust air filter for 2500 operation hours), pressure and  temperature indicators, set of all safety valve

Q: what is kind of waste can use in this equipment?
A: This equipment for medical waste, pet animal, Municipal waste, live waste. 

Prohibit any explosive and radiation material, liquid waste and gas waste.

Q: Incinerator Smoke Standard
A: China Government Standard: No.GB18484-2001.

Q: Treatment capacity
A: Average Capacity calculated by medical waste(lower calorific power (L.C.P): 3.0TH Kcal/Kg per hour), 

not mean any waste material. The animal/pet combustion rate around 2/3 of average capacity.  

Clover incinerator use time per day up to 24 hours. Between each feed/combustion time, there are about 0.5-1 hours cooling time and time for feeding waste. Actual combustion time per day is around 16 hours. 

The lifetime of incinerator between 5-10 year according to use. 

Generally, we proposal small laboratory, small clinic use capacity under 20 kgs per hour. When incinerator 

use in hospital, please calculate the waste output capacity around 2kgs per people per day. If there are 
200 sickbed in the hospital, that’s mean you need one incinerator capacity around 400kgs per day, change
 to capacity per hour is around 30-40 kgs per hour. According the operation time per day, waste material, 
budget, development, etc, you can use capacity from 30-50 kgs per hour incinerator.

Q: Assembly and Testing
A: We supply all documents and incinerators easy to installation and operation. Customer can send people 

come to our factory to learn installation and operation. Generally, We do not send engineer to local 
site if not request. The dispatch cost is extra according to order.

Q: Combustion Temperature
A: The first combustion chamber: 800-1000 centi degree.
The second combustion chamber: 1000-1200 centi degree.

Q: Incinerator Control Mode
A: Default Control mode is common control case. PLC mode according to model and order.

Q: Operation and maintenance costs
A: Operation cost according to fuel consumption rate and power/staff, etc. 

Annual around $500-$1000usd per year maintenance according model, use situation. 

One person can service 02 unit incinerators. The staff should have basic electrician knowledge to 

operate/inspect/maintaince incinerator/burner/blower according to operation user guider, and 
know risk of medical waste to protect worker self with necessary protection element.

Provide incinerator with a capacity of not less than [75] kg per hour, based on operating the incinerator no 

more than 8 hours continuously per day, and to be suitable for burning medical waste parts which have a water content as high as 85 percent by weight.

Provide furnace with an inside volume, exclusive of the space occupied by the refractory hearths and walls, 

of not less than 2 cubic meters with a primary combustion chamber volume above the burning hearth of not 
less than 1.5 cubic meters, Provide a complete waste burning system including combustion air fan, primary 
and secondary burners, air distribution and burner controls, ducts, breeching, stack, bottom ash conveyor 
and collection, feed rams, fire tube water tube, air compressors, slurry pumps, water pumps, fly ash collection system.

Construct the primary chamber with a steel casing supported by a steel frame, and provide with insulation 

and refractory. Make the casing with 5 mm sheet steel minimum, conforming to ASTM A1011/A1011M and 
reinforced to withstand internal pressures without deflection or damage to refractory or other components 
of the incinerator. Construct the frame and all reinforcing members of steel conforming to ASTM A36/A36M. Provide a free-standing frame capable of supporting the weight of all components of the incinerator, including doors, 
burners, breeching, stack connections, and appurtenant assemblies without binding or warping. 
Make the frame and casing of all welded construction, completed and erected prior to installation of the
 
refractory and insulation.  Provide all access doors and parts with seals to prevent emission of smoke or 
admission of significant amounts of air during incinerator operation, and a primary chamber with no 
openings which would permit leakage of waste fluids.
